Residential real estate  brokers Michael J. Marciano and Edmond Albano III have announced their new partnership as the Michael Edmond Team at Keller Williams NY Realty in White Plains.
With 28 years of combined real estate sales experience, Marciano and Albano have worked with more than 650 clients and have brokered nearly $200 million in residential real estate transactions.
In 2015, they represented 47 families in Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield counties, according to the partners. Repeat clients and referrals from past clients account for 90 percent of their business, they said.
Albano has focused on northern Westchester and Putnam counties and Marciano has worked chiefly in southern Westchester and Fairfield counties.
“Our new business venture allows us to combine our knowledge of these respective markets and offer complete coverage to better serve our clients,” Albano said.
In addition to social media sites, the Michael Edmond Team will utilize more than 500 websites through their list hub which includes international, national, and local real estate websites.
The real estate team has hired two administrative assistants and a showing assistant.
