Tully Rinckey PLLC has announced that Aaron Pam has joined the firm in its White Plains office as a senior associate. Pam focuses his practice on civil and criminal litigation matters, and also has extensive experience handling appeals, mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey Pam served as an assistant district attorney in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office as well as serving as a senior law clerk at the New York Court of Appeals in Albany, New York. In private practice, Pam has represented clients and practiced New York law in cases involving civil litigation, criminal law, products liability, toxic tort, social media- related/cyberbullying cases and civil rights cases and appeals.
Pam graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice. He then earned his law degree at Fordham University School of Law.
