Angel Commercial, LLC, a real estate brokerage  firm in Southport has facilitated the new leasing of 4,110 Square feet of flexible commercial space at 260-284 Quarry Road in the Quarry Road Business Park in Milford.
Representing the landlord, ECP Quarry Road, LLC and an an undisclosed tenant, the firm’s President, Jon Angel said the business park is now 87% occupied.
“There are only four additional units available at the Quarry Road Business Park ranging in size from 1,457 SF to 3,591 SF consisting of office, flex and warehouse spaces,” he said in a media release.
