The Artisan Southport, the Delamar Southport’s restaurant, is collaborating with Lauren Bush Lauren and her brand, FEED, for a farm-to-table dinner on Tuesday, Oct. 1. The dinner will be led by Frederic Kieffer, corporate chef and partner in Connecticut’s Delamar Hotel Collection, who has long valued the quality of locally sourced ingredients.
Co-founded by Bush, a former model and designer, in 2007, FEED uses branded products, including accessories like tote and hand bags as well as home goods, to fight childhood hunger and create a sustainable, equitable food system across the globe. Since its founding, it has provided 126 million meals to schoolchildren. As a Certified B Corp. since 2022, it must uphold the highest standards for social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
