O”™Connor Davies L.L.P. recently announced the following partners and directors have joined the firm and will be based in its Harrison office:
Anthony V. Montalto has joined as a partner in the firm”™s tax services practice. He specializes in tax and financial advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, trust and estate planning, personal service companies, construction contractors, food importers and distributors, municipalities, private foundations and a wide variety of other industries.
Lucille Murray has joined the firm as a tax principal. She specializes in tax, financial and estate planning for individuals and a wide range of partnerships, limited liability companies, estates and trusts.
Dorothea A. Russo has joined as a partner in the health care practice. Russo has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry and has been involved in accounting, auditing and reimbursement matters relating to many health care facilities throughout New York state.
George A. Whitehead has joined as a partner. He has more than 20 years of audit and business advisory experience and has been involved in several merger and acquisition engagements ranging from audit work to due-diligence procedures, as well as participating in initial public offering engagements. Whitehead has served public and private companies in the manufacturing, distribution, software research and development, apparel and construction industries.
Keith Solomon has joined as a partner in the health care practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in both public and private health care and nonprofit accounting, including serving as director of accounting operations for two residential health care facilities and as director of budgeting for a managed care organization.
Gemma Leddy, CPA, has joined as director of wealth services. She has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting as well as the private sector. Most recently, Leddy served as CFO and controller of Kier Global L.L.C., a private family investment firm in New York City. She was also a partner in the public accounting firm Yohalem Gillman & Company L.L.P., and was director of its business management division.
Dr. George A. Poulos, D.O., will join Tarrytown-based ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) at its Astoria and Wall Street locations next summer. Poulos has a bachelor”™s degree in biochemistry from New York University, received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, and completed an internship in general surgery and otolaryngology/facial plastic surgery residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, N.J.
