A business center with flexible office space and meeting rooms will open at Westchester’s Ridge Hill in Yonkers on Monday.
Regus Business Centers will occupy 15,636 square feet on the third floor of the Westmed Medical Group building at 73 Market St., also known as 1 Ridge Hill.
Regus, a Luxembourg-based global office provider, signed a long-term lease in October for the building in Ridge Hill, which is owned by Forest City Ratner Cos. The 81-acre shopping center development includes 1.3 million square feet of retail, offices and entertainment space and sits beside the Thruway in Yonkers.
“Growing customer demand prompted us to add this location, which provides easy access to New York City and other cities throughout Westchester County,” Maria Paitchel, Regus’ regional vice president, said in a statement.
Regus offers fully furnished offices, meeting rooms, business lounges, virtual offices and community spaces for any amount of time. Member services include a receptionist, administrative team and tech support. The space is designed for entrepreneurs and small-business enterprises.
