The Hudson Valley Economic Development Corp. (HVEDC) in Poughkeepsie recently announced the appointment of Danny Wheeler, to its Advisory Board of Directors.
Wheeler, CPA, is a partner with FAZ, a boutique CPA firm that specializes in forensic accounting, business valuation and business Advisory. It operates primarily throughout the Northeast with offices in Albany, Boston, New York City, Saratoga Springs and White Plains.
Wheeler leads the business advisory group at FAZ and has more than 30 years”™ experience as both an advisor to closely held businesses and as a business operator in a variety of industries. He is a graduate of Cornell University and is both a certified public accountant and certified merger and acquisition ddvisor. The focus of his work today is using his education and experience to assist other entrepreneurs in making their businesses bigger, better, easier to operate and more profitable. His work is also focused on the buying and selling of businesses.
Prior to joining FAZ, Wheeler owned and had been a member of the management team of Health Solutions, CFO for Hire, Ultradian Diagnostics and ATSCO Products.
