Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis PC has added Kaha Kvachatadze as a principal in its White Plains office. He joins the firm from Pfizer, where he spent nearly two decades leading the company’s in-house immigration function.

Kvachatadze focuses his practice on advising multinational corporations on immigration strategies and supporting immigration matters across every stage of the employee lifecycle. He works closely with stakeholders across business units and legal departments to build strong internal partnerships and develop immigration compliance policies in coordination with human resources, talent acquisition, global mobility and employment law teams..
“Throughout my career, I’ve dedicated myself to building immigration programs that not only ensure compliance but also drive business success,” said Kvachatadze. He applies his thoughtful approach to immigration through work with refugee initiatives and pro bono clinics that assist low-income immigrants with asylum and naturalization processes. His early career experience as a legal officer with the United Nations Development Program helped shape his global perspective and long-standing commitment to expanding access to legal support. He earned his LLM from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and his Diploma in Law from Tbilisi State University.
