A portfolio of 54 gas stations with convenience stores, including four in Fairfield County and three in the Hudson Valley, has been put up for sale.
The listing by NRC Realty & Capital Advisers consists of properties across Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Virginia. The properties are owned by Global Partners LP and are being sold with their current gasoline brands. Buyers will enter into supply agreements for fuel with Global Partners.
The asking prices for the stations are not published, and Global Partners is running a sealed bid sale that will enable buyers to bid on as many properties as they want. Bids are being accepted through Aug. 29.
The Fairfield County properties in the portfolio are the Citgo station at 540 Boston Ave. in Bridgeport, the Mobil station at 54 Pandanaram Road in Danbury, the Mobil station at 558 Riverside Ave. in Westport and the Mobil station at 818 Federal Road in Brookfield.
The Hudson Valley properties are the Xtra station at 486 Main St. in Brewster, the Exxon station at 1502 State Rte 55 in Lagrange and the Shell station at 161 South Plank Road in Newburgh.
