The property is a vintage 1929 city landmark located between Atlantic and Broad Street.
Stride Capital Group L.P., a private equity company, is moving there from New York City, Hong-Kong based Pacific Basin Shipping Ltd., a dry bulk ship owner and operator, is opening a permanent office out of its short-term lease there, and Lumesis Inc., a software-as-a-service (SaaS) financial technology company, is relocating from Stamford’s south end.
Seaboard Properties Inc. owns and manages the property. Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE Group Inc. represented the companies in the move.
