Hands-on chocolate + wine night! Learn tempering, make ganache, dip strawberries, roll truffles, and take home sweet skills.

Join us for a hands-on chocolate experience paired with wine! You’ll learn the essentials of working with chocolate, including tempering and making ganache, while enjoying a relaxed, social atmosphere. Guests will dip strawberries, roll and customize 6 to 8 ganache truffles with unique flavors like matcha, cocoa, sea salt, and chili pepper. We’ll finish with creative techniques and tips you can try at home. Part of ArtsWestchester’s Sip & Create monthly series, this event is perfect for chocolate lovers and anyone looking for a fun, interactive evening!
