The Department of Defense is seeking $80 million from Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., claiming an audit shows that the Stratford-based helicopter maker has been overcharging the government since 2003 for overhead costs.
Sikorsky”™s Hartford-based parent United Technologies Corp. said the Pentagon”™s claim is without merit.
