In response to the growing segment of adults joining the college student population, Manhattanville College’s School of Business said this week it has launched APPEAL programs, or accelerated undergraduate degree programs geared toward those 21 and over.
The APPEAL business programs will offer five bachelor degrees and seven dual bachelor’s/master’s degrees, all of which are available for new students, transfer students and military members.
Classes are taught at the school’s Purchase campus on evenings and weekends in accelerated seven-week formats, officials said, and will be offered six times per year.
“There was a high demand for business programs geared toward adult degree completers,” Manhattanville School of Business dean Anthony Davidson said. “Students are immersed in content they can apply immediately to their work place and the classroom becomes a center of networking opportunities.”
Manhattanville’s School of Business also offers six master’s degrees outside of the APPEAL programs as well as several dual degree options.
