CBRE, Inc., the world”™s largest commercial real estate investment firm, has sealed another deal in Stamford with the recent sale of the Research Park portfolio, a group of six leased industrial buildings along Viaduct Road totaling 142,597 square feet of space.
The CBRE team of Kevin Langtry, John Isaacs, and Patrick Colwell represented the seller, Isis Realty, in the sale of 9, 56, 62, 66, 76, 86 Viaduct Road to Coastal Construction Group of Westport for $16.65 million and totaling 142,597 square feet of space.
“There is healthy demand for industrial within this market given a low supply, especially for a rare portfolio of leased properties such as the Research Park portfolio,” said Langtry. “The owners did a great job maintaining the properties and tenant relationships. Many of tenants have been there for years, which is a testament to that.”
