Toronto-based Avison Young, a commercial real estate services firm with a Norwalk office that handles both Fairfield and Westchester counties, said recently it has been selected as the exclusive office leasing agent for Merritt 8 Corporate Park, a 175,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Stratford where an amenity-filled upgrade has already begun.
The building is owned by Merritt 8 Owner LLC, a joint venture between affiliates of New York City-based Square Mile Capital Management LLC and New Jersey-based Mountain Development Corp.
The Avison Young team of Principal/Managing Director Sean Cahill, Senior Vice President Bill Anson and Vice President Lori Baker will manage leasing for the building”™s office space on behalf of the owners, who have begun major upgrades to the property”™s cafeteria, bathrooms, conference center, fitness facility and three-story atrium lobby, Avison Young reported. The improvements are slated for completion this summer.

Avison Young is marketing spaces ranging from 4,134 square feet to 47,567 square feet in the building.
