David Fugitt, a partner at Westport-based Vidal/Wettenstein Commercial Real Estate, announced the leasing of three office spaces totaling 6,653 square feet at 39-53 Riverside Ave. in Westport.
Leaf River Energy Center leased 3,066 square feet of riverfront office space at 53 Riverside Ave. Another company, ACM, a shipping company represented by DJ Smith of Rand Real Estate, leased 2,600 square feet of riverfront office space at 53 Riverside Ave.
More Than Management, an accounting firm, leased a satellite office of 987 square feet at 39 Riverside Ave. This space also has direct river frontage. The tenant was represented by Peter Levine of Charter Realty and Development Group.
Fugitt as the exclusive leasing agent for 39-53 Riverside Ave. said that with these signing of these leases, the property is some 97 percent leased, with only 1,144 square feet still available.
