New gated community for Darien

Hoping to continue capitalizing off of the limited Manhattan real estate market, developers Bob Dale and Bill McGuinness have announced plans for a new gated community in Darien.

Kensett, the new development,  is the first of its kind in over a generation, according to representatives. Buyers can choose from a variety floor plans for the New England-style cottages and work to customize their new homes with interior designer Lynn Morgan.

Dale and McGuinness are one of the largest developers in Fairfield County and have bought over 60 residences and 16 acres in Darien to develop.
