A building at 770 Central Park Ave. in Scarsdale as been sold for $2.2 million. Kim Galton, director of retail for Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the seller, while Evan Gasman of CARR Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction. The buyer is Dr. Manny Ashram and the seller is JEBBA, LLC.

The building has a gross leasing area of 3,915 square feet. The ongoing tenants will be a dental office and Adam & Eve. The freestanding building was constructed in 1960, according to real estate listing information.
