Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been found not guilty of the most serious charges in his case that was resolved today in a federal courtroom in New York. The jury acquitted Combs on the most serious charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking, while convicting him on two lesser charges involving transportation of women across state lines for prostitution. The prosecution said that it wants to see Combs sentenced to prison. He could face up to 10 years behind bars for each of the convictions. The defense said Combs should be freed. The judge in the case has told both sides to submit written arguments and he would make a decision on whether to release Combs from custody until sentencing is resolved.
