Six students from the Conservatory of Music at Purchase College perform as the Purchase College Latin Jazz Sextet at the Neuberger Museum of Art on the Purchase campus June 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. During the school year, the students play in the Purchase College Latin Jazz Orchestra and regularly perform as the sextet outside of their academic careers.
The event is free and light refreshments will be provided; there will be a cash bar. The Neuberger recommends an RSVP to jazzysummersolstice.eventbrite.com but also welcomes walk-ins.
