The Marshalls discount department store chain will be opening a new location at Copps Hill Plaza in Ridgefield.
The store will be adjacent to the HomeGoods store that opened last month – the two chains are owned by TJX Cos. (NYSE:TJX). The stores are based in part of the space that was formerly home to Kohl’s, which vacated the property earlier this year.
The new Marshalls is expected to open before the end of the year. This will be the seventh Fairfield County location for Marshalls, which operates stores in Bridgeport, Danbury, Fairfield, Norwalk, Stamford and Stratford.
