White Plains apartment complex acquired by WRA Properties

WRA Properties 1 Inc. recently announced it has acquired the Kensico Garden Apartments, a 74-unit apartment complex at 75-81-91 North Kensico Ave. in White Plains.

The property will be owned by MapleWood Gardens NY L.L.C. and will be renamed Maple Wood Gardens. The complex consists of three separate buildings on 3.5 acres, with studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, with onsite parking for 54 vehicles.

A sales price was not disclosed, but the deal was off-market. The complex will be managed by HarborView Properties based in Larchmont, with upgrades and improvements planned.
