Stark Business Solutions, a provider of full-time and part-time office suites for professionals and small businesses, has expanded its space at W&M Properties”™ 500 Mamaroneck Ave. in Harrison just 18 months after signing its initial lease at the site.
The company, headed by founder and President Adam Stark, expanded by 2,183 square feet, bringing its total occupancy to 13,578 square feet, said Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties. The fast-growing tenant signed a 10-year lease. W&M Construction will build out the new space.
           Newman and Kathleen A. Caracappa, assistant vice president for leasing at the W&M Properties office in Stamford, Conn., represented the landlord in the transaction. Eric Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates, Scarsdale, represented the tenant.
