Mack-Cali Realty Corp. announced a successful fourth quarter of 2012, leasing 242,310 square feet at its office and office/flex properties in Westchester County.
Portfolio-wide, Mack-Cali leased more than one million square feet of space during the quarter.
Nestlé Waters North America Inc., the bottled water company, renewed a space in Elmsford for 47,232 square feet at 5 Warehouse Lane in the Elmsford Distribution Center.
HQ Global Workplaces L.L.C., which provides workplace solutions, signed a renewal lease for 22,064 square feet at 50 Main St. in White Plains. In Yonkers, Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center signed on for a facility with 20,625 square feet at 1 Executive Blvd, the same address that Montefiore Medical Center also signed a lease for 9,170 square feet of space. Montefiore also signed on at 3 Executive Blvd. for another 4,342 square feet. Both complexes are a part of South Westchester Executive Park in Yonkers.
Mack-Cali is a fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT) which provides management, leasing, development, and construction. Mack-Cali owns or has interests in 278 properties in the Northeast. The properties provide an opportunity for  the company to appeal to a diverse base of commercial and residential tenants.
