Three law firms have leased more than 23,600 square feet of space at 120 Bloomingdale Road, the 145,000-square-foot office complex and former Nestlé headquarters in White Plains acquired a year ago by Faros Properties L.L.C. and Caspi Development L.L.C.
Fentin and Goldman L.L.P., a firm specializing in residential real estate, leased approximately 3.400 square feet of space, while the Law Offices of Joseph R. Miano leased about 3,600 square feet.
Cabanillas & Associates P.C. relocated from another Caspi-owned White Plains building, the Renaissance Corporate Center at 235-245 Main St., to lease 16,800 square feet of office space at 120 Bloomingdale. Gregory V. Frisoli, executive managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and senior managing director Lawrence A. Ruggieri are leasing agents for the building.
