SHELTON – The Innovative CPA Group has merged with T.M. Byxbee Company P.C. of Hamden, effective Jan. 1, 2025. The combined firm will operate under The Innovative CPA Group LLC, name.
The merger creates a unified team to deliver an expanded suite of accounting, tax, audit, advisory, and consulting services, according to a statement from management. The idea is that clients will benefit from enhanced expertise, innovative solutions, and a steadfast commitment to excellence, tailored to meet the diverse needs of high-net-worth individuals and businesses in today’s dynamic market.
