VMTurbo Inc., an infrastructure efficiency manager for cloud and virtualized data centers, has more than doubled its office space in Valhalla with a lease for 9,171 square feet in the Mount Pleasant Corporate Center at 115-117 Stevens Ave.
The deal was announced by Reckson, a division of SL Green Realty Corp., the Burlington, Mass.-based company”™s landlord in Valhalla.
VM Turbo joins another high-tech service provider in the 126,000-square-foot building, Axiom Software Ltd., which opened its headquarters there two years ago. John Barnes, Reckson/SL Green senior vice president and managing director of the company”™s suburban division, in a press release said the building “is definitely becoming a magnet for technology firms.”
David Perlmutter of Perlmutter Properties represented VMTurbo in the deal, while Reckson/SL Green vice president Robert Swierbut represented the landlord.
