Bobjoy Motors LLC paid $2.55 million to acquire 2020 Central Park Ave., a 19,000-square-foot retail property in Yonkers, brokers at Friedland Realty Advisors in Harrison reported.
TD Bank, the seller of the retail property, was represented by Friedland Realty broker Karnit Mosberg.
In another Yonkers deal, Mosberg represented State Farm in the lease of 980 square feet of retail space at 2370 Central Park Ave. in Tanglewood Shopping Center.
In New Rochelle, Friedland”™s Joe Pomerantz recently brokered the $1.2 million sale of 2,700 square feet of commercial space and 12,500 square feet of land at 64 Centre Ave for the former owner, Morchar Realty Corp. The buyer was Elliot Kracko from North Union Realty, according to Friedland.
The Yonkers and New Rochelle deals were among six commercial real estate transactions recently completed by Friedland brokers in Westchester and the Bronx that included more than 50,000 square feet of space and land and more than $10.2 million in sales and leasing.
