Software Guidance & Assistance Inc. has nearly doubled its headquarters space in Tarrytown with a recent lease expansion at 200 White Plains Road in Talleyrand Office Park.
SGA, a woman-owned business that provides information technology staffing for Fortune 1000 companies, has expanded to 7,692 square feet of space in the Mack-Cali Realty Corp. property. The company in February relocated from Hartsdale to 5,252 square feet in the Tarrytown building.
The tenant was represented by Jonathan Marwell, vice president of Howard Properties Ltd. in White Plains.
Pine Brook Road Advisors LP, a Manhattan-based private-equity investment firm, has leased 1,470 square feet of office space at 10 Bank St. in downtown White Plains. The landlord, Malkin Properties, also owns 1 Grand Central Place in Manhattan, where Pine Brook recently leased space for its new headquarters.
Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, and Malkin senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino represented the landlord in the five-year deal. The tenant was represented by Howard Greenberg, president of Howard Properties Ltd. in White Plains.
