Michael Glynn manages new senior housing activities, including new product development, market analysis, site identification, permitting, design-team coordination and related development activities. He has developed senior housing properties across the Northeast, including three completed in Westchester and Fairfield counties with three more going to construction in the next 12 months, including the Waterstone Westchester and the Waterstone at High Ridge. Prior to developing senior housing, Glynn worked in the health care services group at Credit Suisse in New York for eight years. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Michigan, he is a CFA Charterholder and LEED-accredited professional.

John Traynor, as chief investment officer, directs the overall investment process and has ultimate responsibility for the work of various investment committees. He also serves as the chief spokesman for the firm’s investment outlook through regular strategy briefings. Traynor appears regularly on CNBC, Nightly Business Report and Fox Business Network; and is quoted in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Prior to joining People’s United Wealth Management in 2011, Traynor served as director of investment strategy and alternative investments at Hawthorn, a $22 billion family office in the PNC Financial Services Group. He is a board member of the Council of Churches, the Professional Advisors Council for the Fairfield County Community Foundation, chairman of OARS and a member of the Patterson Club, Saugatuck Rowing Club and the University Barge Club. Traynor graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a concentration in finance.

Prior to joining Starwood Capital, Park was a director at True North Management Group where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing real estate equity and debt investment opportunities, with a focus on western United States. Previously, Park held acquisition, origination and asset management roles at Broadway Partners and Deutsche Bank. She started her career at Citigroup in New York City and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

Clayton Fowler has more than 35 years experience in acquisition, development, construction and management of residential and commercial office projects. He has ownership interests in more than 3 million square feet of multifamily properties, commercial office and industrial buildings located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. His residential experience includes the completion of over 3,000 housing units consisting of rental apartments, condominiums and single-family homes in Fairfield and Westchester counties’ area. Fowler is also the managing development partner of several projects in Portland, Oregon, and one in St. Louis, Missouri, consisting of a 1-million-square-foot mixed-use project. Past projects include 1,600 units of multi- and single-family housing in Westchester and Fairfield counties. Current projects include urban infill apartments in New Haven and Norwalk to hotels in Fairfield County and Portland, Oregon. A leading advocate of affordable housing, Fowler has served on affordable housing committees and study groups throughout Fairfield County. He has been chairman of the Planning Board for the town of Pound Ridge, New York, for the past 20 years and currently is chair of the Housing Development Fund; a board member of the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce; the Fairfield County’s Community Foundation; and the Maritime Aquarium. Fowler, a graduate of Princeton University, is a founding board member of the Fairfield/Westchester Chapter of the Real Estate Finance Association and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
