Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists (ONS) has hired Rondi Rabuse as chief value officer, a new position.
Rabuse was previously president of Brighton Health Network, headquartered in Manasquan, New Jersey. Earlier in her career, she was senior vice president at Marwood Group, a healthcare advisory and consulting firm located in New York City, and served as senior vice president of consulting and senior vice president of program management at Aetna. She is also a previous ONS patient and credited the practice in the healing of a knee injury after other medical practices failed to help her.
“My experience as an ONS patient lined up with my professional goals to seek the best outcome through collaboration, and when I ended up exploring a professional opportunity with ONS, it gave me a substantive understanding of what kind of organization I”™d be joining,” Rabuse said.
ONS has Fairfield County locations in Greenwich and Stamford and across the New York border in Harrison.
