Carter Morse & Goodrich (CMG) in Southport recently announced that the recapitalization of the Barrier Companies by Lincolnshire Management Inc. and VSS Capital Partners has won the 2021 M&A Deal of the Year at the 20th annual M&A Advisor Awards.
