
More than 200 leaders from Westchester’s commercial real estate community attended the Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester (BOMA) 34th annual Hall of Honor Awards Dinner on May 8. The dinner, which was held at Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hill in Tarrytown, honored NewYork-Presbyterian and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals for their contributions to Westchester’s economy. BOMA also presented the President’s Award to Ronald McDonald House Westchester.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is a leading biotechnology company that invents, develops and commercializes life-transforming medicines for serious diseases. Founded and led by physician-scientists, Regeneron has repeatedly translated science into medicine, resulting in 14 Regeneron-invented treatments and about 45 product candidates in development-most discovered in its Tarrytown laboratories. Its medicines and pipeline address eye diseases, allergic and inflammatory diseases, cancer, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, neurological diseases, hematologic conditions, infectious diseases and rare diseases. Established in 2011, Ronald McDonald House Westchester has proudly served as a true home away from home for families for the past 15 years. For parents and caregivers facing some of life’s most difficult moments, the House has provided comfort, stability, and hope when they need it most. Located adjacent to Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and near Blythedale Children’s Hospital, the House plays a vital role in supporting families whose children are critically ill or injured. In 2025 alone, the House provided more than 4,000 nights of stay to 221 families through its overnight program, often operating at full capacity.
