Choyce Peterson Principal John Hannigan represented Carta, McAlister & Moore in the transaction. He knew the firm wanted to stay in Darien so he conducted a thorough search of all available spaces in Darien. After negotiating proposals with multiple landlords 777 Boston Post Road was chosen and Hannigan then led negotiations with the building owner”™s representatives for lease terms.
