
Ericka François will be joining Nonprofit Westchester in Briarcliff Manor as a part-time administrative and communications assistant. She is a nonprofit communications and youth advocacy professional whose work sits at the intersection of storytelling, systems navigation and trauma-informed support for young people impacted by foster care and public systems. She has led and supported digital strategy, narrative development and communications initiatives across a wide range of mission-driven organizations, including her role as a consultant and social impact fellow at Mission Partners, a social impact communications firm. Francois has contributed to equity-centered storytelling efforts within philanthropy and collaborated with cross-sector partners to strengthen programs and policies impacting youth and families, including the Redlich Horwitz Foundation, Fostering Youth Success Alliance, Fostering Media Connection (The Imprint), Youth Communications, and more.
