United Hebrew’s golf outing was a hole-in-one for senior care. More than 200 friends, donors, community and business leaders attended the organization’s 38th annual tournament on Sept. 9 at Brae Burn Country Club in Purchase, New York. Featuring an elite 18-hole golf tournament, the event also included a barbecue lunch, festive cocktail hour and awards reception, raising $210,000. The funds will be used to enhance programs, activities and therapies that enrich the lives of residents of United Hebrew’s campus in New Rochelle.
Services provided on its 7.5-acre campus include assisted living and memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, and affordable senior housing. “The success of our golf outing is a testament to the generosity of our community,” said Rita Mabli, president and CEO of United Hebrew.
