Paul Seham stole the third annual Above the Bar awards as he accepted the Leading Litigator award on behalf of his father, Lee R.A. Seham.
With the senior Seham involved in a trial in Phoenix, the youngster filled in with an acceptance speech complete with some secrets about his dad.
“My dad is very emotional like when he gets choked up during a Hallmark greeting card commercial.”
Or, “His client is always right ”¦ as long as they follow his advice.”
Lee Seham is a labor and employment lawyer who represents clients in the airline and maritime industries on matters including collective bargaining, NLRB hearings, arbitration, DOT administrative hearings and advocacy before a presidential emergency board. He also speaks on topics involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical and Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
