GREENWICH – Num 113 S. Water Street LLC and One Hundred Thirteen S. Water LLC have purchased a 6-unit multifamily property from Outer Curtain Wall LLC in Byram for $2.08 million, according to National Multifamily Corp. The deal on the 113 S. Water St. property closed on May 19.
Company president Matt Cawley represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
The property is comprised of two lots: a 6-unit (4 two-bedroom apartments and 2 studio apartments) and a 0.10-acre lot. The 3-story property, totaling 5,985 sq.ft. was originally built in 1919 and fully renovated in 2019. There was surface parking on the developable lot and a garage in the rear of the building.

The building will fit nicely in the buyer’s portfolio as they already own multiple properties nearby.”
