ROCKY HILL — Connecticut cannabis consumers are about to get their first taste of one of the industry’s most recognizable brands created by boxing legend Mike Tyson.
Rodeo Cannabis Co. announced Tuesday that its Rocky Hill dispensary, at 1625 Silas Deane Highway, will serve as the exclusive early launch location in Connecticut for Tyson 2.0. The launch marks the first time Tyson 2.0 products will be available anywhere in the state.
For an initial limited-release period, Tyson 2.0 products will be available only at Rodeo’s Rocky Hill location at a 20% discount. They will then be expanded to a select group of additional dispensaries across Connecticut.
The launch lineup will include:
- Flower
- High-terpene profile vapes
- Pre-rolls
The Tyson 2.0 collection arriving at Rodeo features high-potency flower testing in the mid-to-high 20% THC range alongside terpene-forward strain profiles built around the categories consumers consistently seek out most, including gas, fruit, and dessert varieties The live resin vape line delivers elevated terpene content designed to maximize flavor and repeat appeal, while the pre-rolls are produced using premium flower — rather than trim — for a more consistent, higher-quality experience.
“We’re excited to introduce Tyson 2.0 to Connecticut through Rodeo,” said Rodeo Cannabis CEO Art Linares. “There’s already strong recognition and demand for this brand nationally, and we think consumers here are going to respond immediately to both the quality of the products and the strength of the lineup.”
Tyson 2.0 has quickly become one of the most visible names in cannabis, combining celebrity recognition with products designed to compete at the premium end of the category. Initial quantities will be limited during the launch phase.
