The 56,555-square-foot ShopRite Plaza in Ellenville has been sold for $8.17 million.
The 11.74-acre parcel is at 100 Shoprite Blvd. The center is anchored by a 46,750-square-foot ShopRite grocery store ”“ the only major grocery store in the area ”“ with an additional 9,805 square feet of retail space occupied by seven tenants.
ShopRite has operated this site since 1993 on a 50-year triple-net master lease. The property, which was renovated in 2015, is across from Joseph Y. Resnick Airport and Ellenville Regional Hospital.
The Westchester office of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor whose identity was not disclosed. Traver and French represented the buyer, another private investor who was also not publicly identified.
