On Wednesday, June 12, at The Bronxville Field Club, Destination: College in Mount Vernon will celebrate the “Best Night of the Year” as it honors not only its student participants, but the coaches and volunteers who help these underserved high school student-athletes go on to college and graduate. The evening, featuring cocktails and hors d’oeuvres from 6 to 8 p.m., will also pay tribute to New York state and Westchester County Hall of Fame coach Bob Cimmino, who serves as Mount Vernon varsity basketball coach.
