An affiliate of DeLaurentis Management Corp., a residential property investment and management company in White Plains, paid $3.6 million in an off-market transaction to acquire 280 Mamaroneck Ave., an approximately 27,000-sqaure-foot, three-story medical office building in White Plains, according to Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group.
Garry Klein, regional manager of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group, brokered the sale for both the buyer and the seller, Medical Office Building of White Plains Inc. The deal closed in April.
Edmond DeLaurentis Jr., president of DeLaurentis Management, said the property “fits into the mix of other properties we own and manage in White Plains and we saw this as an opportunity to add to our portfolio and diversify our holdings. The new owners plan extensive renovations and are evaluating the potential of bringing in a valet service to enhance the tenant and patient experience at the building.”
