The Mount Kisco Medical Group announced this week it is changing its name to CareMount Medical, which will take effect in February 2016.
Scott D. Hayworth, president and CEO of Mount Kisco Medical Group, said the name change reflects the expanding regional presence of the multi-specialty medical group. Founded in 1946, Mount Kisco Medical Group offers care in 40 locations across five counties of the Hudson Valley. Its employees include more than 500 physicians and expert health partners.
The services provided to the group”™s patients will not change, but rather unite the network of offices, facilities, treatment and technology, Hayworth said. The February unveiling, which will also commemorate the company”™s 70th anniversary, will include the name rebranding and accompanying graphic designs.
“All the members of the CareMount team, and all of our offices and facilities, together form an integrated medical network of world-class talent, technology and treatment with our patients at its heart,” Hayworth said. “Under our new banner, we look forward to bringing the highest-quality care even closer to home for more and more people.”
