
WILTON – The owner of Riverside Common at 134 Old Ridgefield Road are selling the commercial property for $2 million, according to their exclusive broker Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group.

The property has been owned by Betyar Realty LLC since 2009, when it was quit claimed by Robert and Rhoda Dix. It was last appraised by the Town of Wilton for $1.57 million in 2023.
