Three lawyers are combining their resources by leasing 2,200 square feet at 1037 E. Putnam Ave. in the Riverside section of Greenwich.
The resulting consortium, known as Greenwich Attorneys, consists of Morris Barocas of The Barocas Law Firm, a corporate, real estate, and trust and estate law firm with offices in New Canaan and Greenwich; Michelle Lee Beltrano of Beltrano Law, a boutique firm offering services in trusts and estates, elder law, special needs and probate litigation matters to individuals, families and business owners; and Ella Cohen of Cohen Legal Practice, a full-service boutique financial services and asset management law firm.
Adam Cognetta, vice president at Choyce Peterson, represented the Greenwich Attorneys in the transaction. Cognetta negotiated the timing of planned base building improvements and site work to coincide with the attorneys”™ move-in date at their new space; that work included paving the driveway and parking area, and lobby renovations.
Diane Roth, senior sales executive of Allied Property Group, represented the landlord, Sutton Land LLC.
“We strongly believe our new office space will help each of us to grow our respective practices and we look forward to further establishing our names in Greenwich,” Barocas said.
