Connecticut’s Nonprofit Grant Program recently awarded five nonprofits millions of dollars for their contributions to Norwalk’s community.
The following organizations have been awarded grants:
Star Inc. ”” $552,100 for 14 vehicles and sprinkler system improvements
Family & Children”™s Agency ”” $207,938 for information technology upgrades and improvements
Mid-Fairfield Child Guidance Center Inc. ”” $206,660 for emergency medical records management and vehicle replacement
Mid-Fairfield AIDS Project Inc. ”” $52,000 for renovations at Moore Place, an intensive support services housing program
Elder House Inc. ”” $25,400 for information technology upgrades and improvements
