The company provides outsourced human resources services, including training on HR issues. Stamford-based Choyce Peterson Inc. helped OperationsInc in its office search and negotiations. The company has been located at 992 High Ridge Rd. in Stamford.
CBRE represented KABR Real Investment Partners and Blackpoint Partners, which purchased 535 Connecticut Ave. in January.
