GREENWICH — Citizens Private Bank on Monday signed a lease for a 7,160 square foot private banking office at 93 Mason St. This new office will introduce the bank’s full-service platform to one of the nation’s most exclusive and established financial communities.
“Establishing a presence in Greenwich is a natural next step for Citizens Private Bank,” said Nick Simpson, Private Bank Office national lead at Citizens Private Bank. “Greenwich has long been home to generations of investors, entrepreneurs and business leaders and we are excited to serve the local community with a space dedicated to our comprehensive private banking platform.”
Located in a distinctive historic house in the heart of Greenwich, the office will occupy the downstairs level and will be designed to reflect the look and feel of a high-end home, while functioning as a full-service banking center. This move brings Citizens Private Bank into a space with deep financial roots in the community, marking a meaningful homecoming in a building that once housed a First Republic Bank presence.
Since launching in 2023, Citizens Private Bank has experienced significant growth, recently announcing $14.5 billion in deposits, $10 billion in client assets under management and $7.2 billion in loans. The expansion into Greenwich reflects continued client demand.
Approximately five colleagues are expected to work from the office, which will operate as a full-service banking center and include a walk-up outdoor ATM available 24/7 and dedicated on-site parking.
