STAMFORD – Riko’s Pizza President and COO Carl Bachmann will replace founding CEO Rico Imbrogno effective Jan. 1, 2026. Imbrogno will move to executive chair.
In a Facebook post on Riko’s Pizza’s page, the company announced: “Carl joined Riko’s as President and COO in early 2025 and has already made a tremendous impact – modernizing our operations, strengthening partnerships, expanding into new markets, and helping drive strong same-store sales growth across the system.”
“As Founder Rico Imbrogno transitions to his new role as Executive Chairman, he and Carl will continue working together to lead Riko’s through its next phase of national expansion — while staying true to the values, culture, and community that make our brand so special.”
