Bessemer Trust Company, N.A. is opening its first Connecticut office at 600 Steamboat Road in Greenwich.
The investment advisory firm signed a 10-year lease for roughly 8,000 square feet at the property, which  overlooks the Greenwich Harbor and Long Island Sound.  Bessemer Trust and RSR partners are the latest tenants to lease from the property since its multi-million dollar renovation.
“This is the first time in 15 years that any space has been available at 600 Steamboat Road, which has become one of the most sought-after locations in Greenwich,” said Brian Higgins, Jones Lang LaSalle managing director.
The building owner and Bessemer Trust were represented by Higgins, Chris Kraus, George Walker and Ethan Rice of JLL.
